A Flame For Church
Much like the inconsiderate, irresponsible and camera-wielding friends we'll grow to love/hate through the rest of this list, the congregation of this church sees one of their brothers on fire and (instead of dashing to help him) laugh their asses off. That's probably the funniest part of the video: how tickled EVERYONE (but the victim) is at what happened. Maybe this was a higher power's way of telling him that he REALLY needs to ditch that haircut.
Woman Seeking Revenge Catches Fire
THE STORY: "An Etowah County woman is free on bond after Sheriff's Deputies say she accidentally set herself on fire trying to get revenge on a repo woman. It happened on May 2nd on Carlisle Cut-Off Road in the Mountainboro community. According to Sheriff Todd Entrekin, 26 year old Haleigh Boland of Boaz was arrested on May 18th and charged with 1st degree criminal mischief. The Sheriff says Boland's car was repossessed earlier this month, and she tracked down the repo woman with the intent of setting her car on fire. Little did she know that the repo woman had a surveillance camera set up on the property. However, as you can see in the video attached, Boland poured gasoline on the vehicle, but had a hard time getting the fire started. When it finally did ignite, Boland ended up lighting her clothes on fire in the process. She can be seen tossing clothes off as she runs to a waiting get-away car. She suffered first and second degree burns to her upper body. Sheriff Entrekin says Boland's father - 50 year old Benny Boland was driving that vehicle. He's also been charged in connection with the incident. Haleigh Boland reportedly confessed to being the person seen in the video, and both her and her father have been released on bond." Compared to a Telephone Wire, His Nose Is Actually Shorter
After years of being called a liar by his female friends, a guy who has clearly been huffing helium throughout his pubescent years decided it was a good idea to set his pants on fire for the internet. He sets his pants on fire, he can't get the fire out, hilarity ensues. Why? Why, after all we've seen, do people do this? What do people THINK is going to happen when they set themselves on fire? Haven't they ever seen the internet? Are they NEW to fire? Why? Anyway, hopefully this hilarious viral video that made all of us laugh a few years ago was able to bring the kid some money and, more importantly, make it so that he's incapable of procreating.

This is kind of an internet classic at this point. It was even featured in a Vonage commercial (not sure if these guys got royalties for it... God, how sad would it be if they did and therefore got REWARDED for their behavior...). In case you weren't on the internet about 3 years ago, this commercial features three guys: one lighting a melon (that's filled with gas) on fire, one that's going to hit it with a bat and one complete jerk that is filming it. The guy with the job of batting the flaming melon, ostensibly across the length of the street for what would have inevitably looked "really f**king cool, bro!", hits the melon and then realizes it's not made of metal. Fact: melons will pretty much fall apart no matter what you hit them with? Did this generation just miss Gallagher ALTOGETHER? The flaming melon parts and the huge splash of gas surround the kid and set his shoes on fire. The kid goes running through the street, kicking his shoes off and screaming while his friends (kind and empathic as they are) laugh their ASSES off at him - all the while never losing grip of the camera.
Hadouken! Man Catches Fire During Fire Safety Demonstration
So, this is probably the greatest one on this list. Sure, it isn't the biggest explosion, and sure innocent people are getting hurt (they were FINE in the end); but this video contains not only a fire SAFETY exhibition gone wrong, but a firefighter hurling fireballs at the spectators watching him set himself on fire. It's a fairly short clip with a setup that is 100% worth it. Did you ever wonder what it would look like if a dragon's breath would look like, if the guys from Street Fighter existed or if flame throwers came out of people's arms? Well, then 00:31 is your answer. After 00:31 happens, they replay the video about two more times, showing you exactly how bad ass it would be if people could fire-bend.
The Human Torch
During what can only be a celebration of the anniversary of the coronation of the King and Queen of the puppet town that lives inside of Mister Rogers' house, a drunk European woman decided to do her best jig in celebration of the momentous occasion. After dancing in front of the entire crowd/ceremony (blocking the view of King Friday and his proud Queen), making a spectacle of herself, smiling and dancing like an attention-starved extra from Glee, she decides it's a really great idea to grab ahold of the huge torch that's burning on the side of the stage (stage right, your left). She does this and small coals, naturally, fall onto her, setting her aflame (which is a shame because she was really starting to get into it and was, you might say... on fire.)
Man Sets SUV On Fire, Then Tries To Drive It
Don't drink and drive (into a gated community, then drive your SUV into a pile of wood repeatedly for seemingly no reason) -- it's always a bad idea. Watching this magic unfold snowballs into a fit of sadness (for humanity). The drunk guy crashes his car repeatedly into wood (why?...), while in a place he clearly doesn't belong, and then his car catches fire almost immediately. Once he's processed this, he finds a solution: get the nearest, longest, thinnest hunk of metal and try and slap the engine fire out (a.k.a. fan the fire a little bit, while hitting parts of the engine closer together, therefore closer to explosion). After this, surely honking his horn will provide the situation with enough air to blow the fire out. Hmmm... maybe not. Then comes the coup de gras: HE TRIES TO DRIVE THE CAR. Enjoy this wonderful video that should be shown to all high school aged children as an example of what NOT to do while drinking (and/or driving).

The most brutal part of this short and sweet video isn't the fact that a girl accidentally sets herself on fire while being peer pressured, it's not the fact that the guy holding the camera actually TELLS her to "shut up and set yourself on fire", but the title of the video on YouTube: "Fat girl on fire." Is that really necessary, YouTube? As if it wasn't humiliating enough that hundreds of thousands of people are going to see one of her dumbest decisions for the rest of internet-time, they have to call her fat? Brutal. Also, she IS kind of an idiot for even trying this.
I'm the Fire Starter
After a game of beer pong played on top of what looks like a cross between a table and an arcade game, nothing is more refreshing to a Guido than what is essentially a Flaming Moe. A man drinks a drink on fire, spills some on his alcohol soaked, sweaty neck, catches fire, BREATHES fire, then goes to the bathroom to probably vomit fire. Enjoy.
